APPLICATIONS

Microprocessor applications are categorized into two types as reprogrammable system and embedded system.
In re programmable systems the microprocessor is used for computing and data processing. Example: microcomputers.
In embedded system the microprocessor is a part of final product and is not available for reprogramming to end user. Example: washing machines, dishwashers, traffic light controllers.
